Rútseg es uno de los creadores de Reinos de Leyenda.

Mi historia hasta 2003 con respecto al MUD, rescatada del deasparecido kyndig.com:

I introduce to MUDs as a player at 1999, on Reinos de Leyenda. Later I play at Calandria, and when that MUD closes I went to Iluminado that was closed to players and decided to add some Calandria staff and parts of their mudlib.

There, Yvendur, Calandria's implementor, and Gestur gives me my first oportunity as a creator with Galadan. I haven't have programmed before, so I take a C book and learned that language, very similar to LPC that is what Iluminado and Reinos de Leyenda uses. It was a difficult beginning, and early all the project entered on a death line. I entered and programmed on the mud alone for one year, but without major implementors help it was really difficult to make any advance to open the MUD, but it was my oportunity to learn a lot about Pusa mudlib (an FR derivated).

Then I decided to send a cutty zone to Reinos de Leyenda admins, when they saw it, Samagh decided to propose me to enter at Dvel, a Reinos de Leyenda Mirror with a more advanced mudlib, writen starting on a different line of pusa v1.0, and with the new driver MudOS v22.12.

Time pased and Dvel project didn't advance, so Samagh decided to pass me to Reinos de Leyenda staff, were I made a reasonably good job so I was promoted first to Thane state and finally to Alquemist, where I started to really touch the mudlib, but only for bug purposes as pusa v1.0 was called to death.

Then Folken decided to revive the Dvel project, and I helped him with some spells programming, the cleric ones. When Folken abandoned the project and it seems it was to go into a new death line, Paris and Aokromes decided to give me the Alquemist rank and let me lead the project.

It was difficult because no other creator hopes on the project, with Folken and Sirio (his padawan) left. But I programmed there, alone in a MUD for the second time for months.

Then was the time Reinos de Leyenda becomes closed because admin vs. player problems. And Dvel closed with it. It was the year 2002.

That summer I start to write myself a mudlib from the scratch, I code for one or two months on that, offline and with no security of that going to be used on a MUD. Then some players demand Paris to give them control of Reinos de Leyenda to reopen it. Paris asked me if I want to continue with the project as he prefered to give it to me than to some players, so there, we got it another time, in a moment I was coding in a MUD alone for the third time, but this time as a Semi-god with all the MUD powers.

I applyed my mudlib enhances to the pusa v1.8 and advanced to pusa v1.9. Then some creators join the project with me, I have to highlight Durmok and Vhurkul that arrived to the Semi-god status, but a lot more where important at the beginning: Sirio, Vagnar, Kaitaka, Minrock, Sagarmata... and some others I may not remember.

We work hard for half a year, I practicaly rewrite all the mudlib that becomes pusa v2.0, while the other creators were coding the first areas, and some write new skills and player classes. It was a very good work, specially and outstanding work from Durmok gives us the oportunity to open the MUD with a fully implemented zone, Naggrung, and some of his classes.

Then we can say Reinos de Leyenda 2 (Los Años Oscuros) was born :D

The players start to come very quickly, the MUD advance a lot, with new zones to become one of the biggest MUDs on the world, and probably the fully spanish biggest one.

And we have been coding and playing on that MUD since 2003...
